| There are two types of diaries to choose from. The top few rows
are called Daily Food Diary and has a place for food and beverage, calories,
carbs, fat and protein. The pages are designed so that you can put
holes on the side and place in a notebook.
The last few rows are called Food Diet Journal and has the same content as the Daily Food Diary, but also has room for you to write your thoughts.
