| MUSHROOM EYEBALLS |

| INGREDIENTS |
- medium/large mushrooms
- cream cheese
- black olives
- paprika
|
| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove stems from mushrooms. Bake mushrooms until they lose their crunch. Don't overcook or they will shrink and lose their water. Allow them to cool. Place mushrooms on pan so that the hole where the stem was connected is facing up. Fill the hole with a ball of cream cheese. Put a single slice of black olive in the center of each ball. Use paprika to draw in veins radiating from the center.

| ZOMBIE EYEBALLS |
| INGREDIENTS |
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb grated Cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
- About 24 small stuffed olives
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
|
| Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Leave the butter or margarine out until well blended. In a different bowl, mix
the flour, paprika, and salt. Combine the two mixtures until completely blended
together. Teaspoons by teaspoon form "eyeballs" around the olives. Place them
on un greased baking sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Or freeze them on baking sheets. When hard, place them in plastic bags and then thaw and bake them as needed.

| WILD MONSTER EYES |
| INGREDIENTS |
- 3 hard cooked eggs
- 6 plum tomatoes
- salad dressing
- huge black olives, sliced
- pimento stuffed olives, sliced
|
| Thinly slice the eggs to form white and yellow circles. Count how many circles you have, then slice an equal number of tomato slices. Place a dab of dressing on each tomato slice and top with an egg slice. Top with a slice of black olive and slide a slice of green olive inside the black olive. Serve at room temperature.

| FRANKENSTEIN EYES |

| INGREDIENTS |
- sugar cookies
- white frosting
- extra-large chocolate baking chips
- red gel frosting in tubes, or red candy laces
|
| Frost the cookies to the edges. Place one large chocolate chip (point down) in the center of the cookies (the pupil of the eye). With the red gel frosting, draw wiggly lines from the chocolate chip to the edge.(the bloodshot lines). Or, cut stripes of the red candy laces and place them from the center to the edge.

| RICE KRISPIES EYEBALLS |
| Follow the directions to make Rice Krispies treats that are on every box of Rice Krispies cereal. When cool enough to handle, roll into small balls. Let cool. Place a small amount of white ready-made frosting on the ball. With a tube of red icing, pipe some veins in the eye. Then stick on a piece of candy.

| EASY EDIBLE EYEBALLS |
| For each person you will need a powdered donut hold, 1 gunny life saver (for the iris of the eye), 1 chocolate chip (for the pupil). You will also need 1 tube of red Gel icing for gluing all in place and for making the eyeball blood-shot.
